Feeling Like Fall

With each day it gets closer to Monday, which of course is my moving day, it feels more and more like fall. The blackbirds have started to gather, the trout fishing has finally started getting better once again, and the nights have become calm and cool.

My dad and I Recently biked down this closed back road in Duck Mountain provincial park in Manitoba to find the "Pine River" to go trout fishing. As we started off down this back road, it was all down hill, pretty much the whole way. We caught lots of fish, probably close to 20 or so each. It was great to have a perfect day like that before i leave with my dad, just to be out in Gods creation. But considering it was all down hill on the way there, it was all up hill on the way back, it was rickdiculous.

So pray for me as i start packing my life into a car this week......

New Job....

For the last two weeks or so, i have been working part time at the local "grocery mart." Which is actually called "Robinson's Family Foods." Its not a bad gig, i work in the butchering/meat department, so theres lots of blood, guts and such. I ground up like 400 lb's of moose meat, it was stellar. I certainly have a different outlook on what the food i eat goes through.....

Tomorrow our youth group will be going camping at the Blue Lakes in Manitoba, it should be a good time. I haven't done any camping this year, so this better make up for it.

I seem to be getting more and more excited for Prov as the time gets closer. But with that, comes more nervousness, and the feeling of me, not knowing what im in for. Which is good in a way.

Sorry for this random post. I haven't had enough to say on one of these topics, so there ya go.
